The Role
As Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems at the intersection of machine learning, large language models, and agentic workflows. You will build complex knowledge systems that go beyond standard RAG, with a strong focus on correctness, grounding, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems combining ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows
- Shape next-generation AI systems that go far beyond standard RAG setups
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable architectures across LLM orchestration, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows
- Build for business-critical automation use cases in customer support
Requirements
- Strong AI/ML experience with solid background building and deploying ML systems in production
- Hands-on experience with large language models, RAG pipelines, or orchestration frameworks
- Production engineering mindset; care about reliability, grounding, and correctness
- Comfortable across the AI stack: retrieval, prompting, evaluation, agents
- Strong Python proficiency
