Senior AI Engineer - Agentic AI Platform

paiqo develops autonomous AI agents automating real business processes. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will focus on design and implementation of advanced agent architectures: multi-agent systems with autonomous planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect multi-agent systems with autonomous planning capabilities
• Implement GraphRAG and tool orchestration
• Enforce responsible AI governance principles
• Develop monitoring frameworks for agent systems
• Mentor junior engineers
• Technical leadership and customer collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML engineering or related fields with agentic systems experience
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, GraphRAG, prompt engineering
• DevOps/MLOps competency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep) and containerization
• Fluent German and advanced English required

Tech Stack: Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Delta Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.

Location: Paderborn / Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hybrid, must be Germany-based)
