Key Responsibilities:
- Design agentic workflows using LangGraph and LangChain, including multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, open-source models) into backend services
- Build RESTful APIs with FastAPI
- Manage vector databases (Milvus) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Implement memory architectures (short-term and long-term)
- Manage MongoDB for conversation history and agent checkpoints
- Deploy services via Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years Python experience
- Proven expertise with LangChain and LangGraph (graph-based agent orchestration, state management, conditional edges, parallel execution)
- LLM fundamentals understanding
- Vector database and embedding model experience
- REST API design/consumption knowledge
- MongoDB proficiency
- Conversational AI memory architecture understanding
- Context engineering familiarity
- English B2 or higher
- Residency in Colombia or Ecuador required
