Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture for data platforms and pipelines: scraping, data extraction, transformation, storage
• Direct model deployment, evaluation frameworks, and LLM integration at scale
• Design safe rollout strategies and data-quality metrics for growth
• Translate business requirements into actionable data products through RFCs and project sequencing
• Establish testing, observability, and security standards across services
• Mentor senior engineers and cultivate cross-functional collaboration with software, DevOps, and product teams
• Prototype data/ML capabilities, evaluate feasibility and ROI with focus on costs

Requirements:

• 8+ years building and operating production data systems with architectural leadership experience
• Extensive experience with training and deploying machine learning models, particularly within the NLP/LLM domain
• Deep Python expertise and modern service architecture knowledge
• Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and cloud proficiency
• SLOs, incident management, and observability fluency
• Strong communication and demonstrated leadership abilities
