Bluefish AI is building the leading AI marketing platform for Fortune 500 brands, recently securing $20M Series A funding led by NEA. The team comprises martech industry veterans with previous experience at Meta and Microsoft-owned platforms. They are disrupting the $300BN legacy martech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture for data platforms and pipelines: scraping, data extraction, transformation, storage
- Direct model deployment, evaluation frameworks, and LLM integration at scale
- Design safe rollout strategies and data-quality metrics for growth
- Translate business requirements into actionable data products through RFCs and project sequencing
- Establish testing, observability, and security standards across services
- Mentor senior engineers and cultivate cross-functional collaboration with software, DevOps, and product teams
- Prototype data/ML capabilities, evaluate feasibility and ROI with focus on costs
Requirements:
- 8+ years building and operating production data systems with architectural leadership experience
- Extensive experience with training and deploying machine learning models, particularly within the NLP/LLM domain
- Deep Python expertise and modern service architecture knowledge
- Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and cloud proficiency
- SLOs, incident management, and observability fluency
- Strong communication and demonstrated leadership abilities
