About the Role
We're looking for a senior AI Architect who can lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge Generative and Agentic AI solutions across complex enterprise environments. This is a client-facing strategic position combining deep technical expertise with consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and design of AI-driven solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Architect and scale GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI systems for production
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy, feasibility, and roadmaps
- Guide engineering teams through complex implementations
- Drive MLOps/LLMOps best practices and AI observability
- Technical leadership during client proposals and workshops
Required Technical Skills:
- Proven experience architecting Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML solutions
- Frameworks & Tools: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph
- LLMs: OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Claude
- Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS
- Core Competencies: Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning, MLOps/LLMOps
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Languages: Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, NLP libraries
- Hands-on experience architecting enterprise RAG implementations and autonomous/agentic workflows
Consulting Skills:
- Stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value
Salary: GBP 80,000 - 95,000 per annum + benefits & bonus
Location: London (onsite twice weekly)
