Senior AI Automation & Agent Engineer (Bots & Agentic AI)

Logicalis Spain's Analytics & Resourcing team is hiring a Senior AI Automation & Agent Engineer in Madrid to design and develop AI automation solutions, intelligent agent systems, and agentic AI frameworks for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect automation platforms and intelligent agents with reasoning capabilities
• Build agentic AI frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, Semantic Kernel
• Manage AI governance within enterprise AWS environments (Bedrock, Lambda)
• Integrate with bot/workflow automation and REST APIs

Requirements

• 4+ years building AI solutions
• Strong Python, REST APIs
• Bot/workflow automation, agentic AI frameworks
• AWS Bedrock and Lambda
• Advanced English

Permanent indefinite contract. Hybrid in Madrid.
