paiqo develops autonomous AI agents automating real business workflows. The role focuses on building autonomous AI agents that automate real business processes -- from chatbots that process orders to agents that plan and execute entire workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design two-tier agent architectures with primary agents and stateless sub-agents
- Develop RAG workflows and orchestration using LangChain/LangGraph with Azure AI Search integration
- Implement ReAct patterns enabling agents to learn from actions and make multi-level decisions
- Install guardrails (content filters, access control, audit logs) for responsible AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams translating business requirements into agent systems
- Monitor emerging trends like GraphRAG and multi-agent orchestration
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in AI/ML engineering or software development with 1+ year in generative AI or agent systems
- Python proficiency
- Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and RAG experience
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- API integration expertise (REST, OAuth2)
- DevOps/MLOps practices
- German and English proficiency required
